Recent Past - Assignments

  • Conducted Market Study for Travel Food Services (part of Blue Food Group Companies) assisted them in putting a business development & marketing strategy for in the Travel segment which includes In-flight, Airport Terminals, Railways and Highway Catering.
  • Designing a formal casual dine-in Restaurant for an investor / entrepreneur in Kalyan, Mumbai
  • An Air-conditioned Food Plaza at CST Railway Terminus, Mumbai (suburban & main line concourse) for Goel & Goel Caterers Delhi, designing-planning-executing the complete facilities and dining areas with a daily footfall of over 10,000.
  • A Food Hub on the Lonvala-Pune Highway (NH4) for P. K. Hospitality Mumbai - spread over 1.5 acres with a covered area of 20,000 sq.ft area with a veritable product basked of retail stores and a multi-cuisine menu offering to suit all pockets.


  • Year 2007-08 - Emirates Flight Catering Company (Part of Emirates Airlines Group) conducted research for them on the market scenario of Indian Aviation growth potential and advised them on possible JV with Indian Companies.
  • Year 2007-08 - P. K. Hospitality, Mumbai owners of Balaji, Golden Chariot Restaurants and Port Lounges at 12 major domestic airports in India – Consultantsfor their Food Plazas on the Highways.
  • Year 2007 - Casino Hotels & Resorts, Kochi – Advised them on Product and Business Development as a Consultant.
  • Year 2007 - Goel & Goel Railway Caterers, Delhi – one of the big players in Railway Catering designed their Air-conditioned Food Plaza at the Jaipur Railway Terminus.
  • Year 2006-07 - McDonalds for Western & Southern India Real Estate Consultants for Mumbai Airport advising them on the feasibility of the retail outlets at the airports and in Institutional Catering.
  • Year 2006-07 - Vittal Kamat Group of Restaurants – Conducted extensive market surveys for them in the state of Chattisgarh and Western Maharashtra that culminated in their business tie-up with HPCL.
  • Year 2006-07 - Hindustan Petroleum Company Limited. (HPCL) – Consultants for their Dhaba Kitchen master plan design and marketing their way-side-amenities including the eateries in the state of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat.
  • Year 2005-06 -Indian Railway & Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) - Food & Beverage Consultants to Pinxit Blue Advertising & Market Research Company - current empanelled vendor to IRCTC. Conducted a Marketing Survey on behalf of IRCTC to assess the sales volume of the Refreshment Stalls on the Mumbai Railway Suburban Section (Western & Central Railway).
  • Year 2004-05 - Kingfisher Airlines Advised them in selection of software for their In-flight Catering in the.
  • Year 2004-05 - Radhakrishna Hospitality Services Ltd (now Sodexo- RKHS) advised as Head of Business Development (Travel) assisted them in setting up Food Courts / Kiosks at the Airport Terminals, Railway Terminus.
  • Year 2004-05 Haldiram Nagpur – Advised them as a Consultants for marketing their savoury mixture in retail chain and institutional & aviation catering
  • Year 2002-04 - SAJ Flight Services – having Flight Kitchens in Chennai, Bangalore, Trivandrum, Cochin & Calicut. Instrumental in designing-planning-commissioning-operating their brand new Kitchens in Cochin & Calicut.
