A Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Member of The Hotel Catering Institutional Management Association U.K. (MHCIMA), he has worked with the Hotel Taj Intercontinental, Gulf Air, etc and is advisor to Casino Group, McDonalds, Kamat Hotels (of Orchid group), Hindustan Petroleum for their Catering Services, Emirates Flight Kitchen, Dubai, BJN Hospitality, Lords Hotels to name a few.

Mr. Rajendra Diwan - Advisor Projects for Kitchens and Retail Chain.

Ex Director Projects of TAJ Group of Hotels. Having 40+ years of experience. Has the distinction of being involved in setting-up of various flight kitchens, central kitchens acrosss India. Has served with TAJ and Ambassador Group of Hotels.

Having wealth of experience in the field of Hygiene & Quality Assurance, worked with reputed organisation over a period of 30 years. Worked with flight caterers to name a few, S.A.S, Oman Aviation, Ambassadors,Tajsats, Oberoi’s and Skygourmet. Has also set up Gmp for Healthcare units implementing Haccp and I.S.O standards.

Ms. DIVYA GROVER - Food Styling Chef and Chef de cuisine in Continenetal and Moghlai cuisine

An enthusiastic, motivated, proactive achiever with a passion for food and extensive knowledge of culinary processes and procedures and broad range of expertise in food preparation and presentation techniques done at leading Hotel and Restaurants. Has demonstrative skill to perform culinary art to the very highest standard.

Mr. Sunil Sarkar - Consultant Chef & Menu Advisor

An ex Executive Chef of Taj Intercontinental / Taj Air Caterer / Centaur Hotel / Ambassador Flight Kitchen, he has over 35 years experience in the Hotel & Catering Industry. Has designed and commissioned several signature and theme based Restaurants in Mumbai, Goa and Kerala.

Mr. Satish Shinde – Auto Cadd Kitchen Designer / Planner


A Diploma in Mechanical Engineer, he has over 5 years experience in designing the auto cad designs and expert in 3D Photo-Shop.
