- Active in Mergers & Acquisitions space, Tie-ups and Alliances between investors / brands / sellers / lessees.
- To assist in setting-up supply chains for importers and processors of perishable food and help them develop and promote their business in the realm of HoReCa.
- Audit Consultants and Nature of Audits.
- To provide Advisories in setting-up In-house Training Departments,
Culinary and Food Craft Institutes, Catering Collages etc.
