Scope of the Services

  1. Complete in-house consultancy for Hotels & Restaurants, QSR Retail Chains, Hospital and Aviation Catering. This will cover the entire value chain from the conception-design-planning-execution-commission stage.
  2. Project evaluation & implementation:
    • Preparation of Project Reports & Market research to-suit-specific project.
    • City Overview / Site Evaluation.
    • Front and Back-of-the-House Design-Planning-Execution.
    • Co-ordinating with Principal Architect and other Infra-structure Vendors like Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Contractors.
    • Industrial & Commercial Kitchens Design-Planning-Execution.
    • Auto-cad designing and planning Facilities Management.
    • Short-listing and selection of the contractor bidders.
    • Preparing BoQs with MEP.
  3. To assist hoteliers in ensuring all the technical and operational norms for grading and classification of the hotels are met. E.g. a designated star hotel has to meet the minimum norms for eligibility qualification, set up and scrutinized by statutory bodies like Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.
  4. Active in Mergers & Acquisitions space, Tie-ups and Alliances between investors / brands / sellers / lessees.
  5. To assist in setting-up supply chains for importers and processors of perishable food and help them develop and promote their business in the realm of HoReCa.
  6. Audit Consultants and Nature of Audits.
  7. To provide Advisories in setting-up In-house Training Departments, Culinary and Food Craft Institutes, Catering Collages etc.

In addition to ISO 9001:2000 & HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), we act as consultant for putting in place a comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) including Systems & Hygiene Audits customized to suit the client’s financial, administrative and operational requirements. A measure that will help any hotel entity become lean and mean.
